About the Role
Position Overview
Consumer Sales Representative (CSR) through a temp-to-hire structure to support residential and small business customer acquisition efforts. This role will focus on direct customer engagement, lead generation, and closing sales across assigned service areas.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct door-to-door and outbound sales
• Educate customers on RIVR Tech fiber services
• Generate and convert leads
• Track activity in Salesforce
• Support marketing initiatives
• Meet sales targets
Performance Expectations:
Daily: 25–30 customer contacts
Monthly: 40–50 new residential sales
Quality: Accurate order entry and strong customer experience
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with position working occasional Saturday's
