<p><strong>Job Description </strong></p>
<p>This role supports the sales team by organizing customer information, managing leads, coordinating after-sale services, and ensuring seamless sales processes. The individual in this position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, facilitating clear communication, and moving leads through the system effectively.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, analytical, adept at working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of collaborating with various departments and stakeholders. Strong communication skills are essential as this role involves handling customer and internal issues independently.</p>
<p>Primary Responsibilities</p>
<p>· Serve as a primary escalation point for internal and customer-facing sales support, ensuring quick and accurate issue resolution.</p>
<p>· Manage the entire sales lead process, from entry to tracking and reporting, to enhance efficiency.</p>
<p>· Validate and update customer and prospect records in the CRM system to ensure accuracy.</p>
<p>· Convert prospects into customers, rectify inaccurate data, and coordinate service requirements seamlessly.</p>
<p>· Monitor customer activity and communicate any slowdowns or changes to sales leadership promptly.</p>
<p>· Generate reports, analyze data, and prepare summaries using Excel and other business tools.</p>
<p>· Communicate effectively through email, chat, video meetings, and issue documentation on Outlook and Teams.</p>
<p>· Support various aspects of the business, including quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p>
<p>Background and Skills</p>
<p>· Preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.</p>
<p>· Possess at least three years of sales or customer-facing experience.</p>
<p>· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and CRM systems.</p>
<p>· Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and data analysis.</p>
<p>· Familiarity with business analytics tools like Power BI is a plus.</p>
<p>· Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.</p>
<p>· Ability to work on multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.</p>
<p>Work Environment / Physical Requirements</p>
<p>· Full-time office-based role that requires regular on-site attendance.</p>
<p>· Standard office environment with moderate noise levels.</p>
<p>· Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be necessary.</p>
