Innovative Student Visions for Bear Development’s JCI Block Redevelopment Bear Development, having acquired the Johnson Controls International office block in downtown Milwaukee, is set to seek city approvals in 2024 for a mixed-use redevelopment. Collaborating with Marquette University’s Center for Real Estate, the company provided students a unique opportunity to conceptualize the property’s redevelopment.
