We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Working Student (f/m/d) to support our dynamic team. As a Legal Working Student, you will assist our corporate teams with tasks related to German corporate law and governance. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while balancing your studies.
You’ll play an integral role in assisting with a variety of legal matters, including legal research, contract management, intellectual property, and data privacy. By contributing to key projects, you will gain exposure to practical legal work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Legal research & analysis on German corporate law, regulations, and compliance topics.
Draft & review contracts (NDAs, employment contracts, sales terms) and support contract management.
Support corporate legal matters including governance, policies, regulatory compliance, in collaboration with top law firms.
Assist with IP & data privacy topics, including GDPR compliance and trademark administration.
Collaborate with internal teams & external partners to support legal projects and process improvements.
Your Profile:
Currently enrolled in a Law degree (for Bachelor min. 4th semester) or pursuing a state examination degree (Main Studies).
Strong academic performance with a keen interest in corporate law, governance, and data privacy.
Previous legal working experience is a big plus but not required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) skills, both written and spoken.
