Operational Product Owner - MosaiX
- Manage the development team backlog by owning specification (including acceptance criteria), clarification, prioritization and traceability of the backlog items for multiple subsystems.
- Ensure alignment of the team backlog with the project backlog in terms of project priority and schedule through synchronization with the project management team and other Product Owners.
- Actively manage the incoming problem reports affecting the services in your responsibility and support the lifecycle of multiple releases parallel.
- Help drive the Requirements Engineering process for future releases, including requirements elicitation and elaboration.
- Actively maintain an up-to-date overview of the standards and regulations driving the ATM domain, and guide team members to a better understanding of this domain.
- Understand and maximize the business value of newly developed features.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels inside the company and closely collaborate with the Product Manager, System and Software Architects in order to adhere to development standards and deliver the required quality of the product
- Promote and apply company and industry specific best practices and processes.
- Provide input and support project management in defining schedules, priorities and estimates.
- Raise risks and dependencies to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 year of Product Owner experience; certification is an advantage
- Prior development experience or strong understanding of software development processes is required
- Excellent communication skills, with good English knowledge, both written and verbally
- Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
- Experience with Requirements Management software is an advantage
- Exposure to large scale projects with interdependencies is an advantage
