Shropshire - QSW - Case Management Team

Shropshire Council are looking for a dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join their Case Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive team and make a real difference in children and families' lives.

Location: SY2 6ND, Shropshire
Rate: £30.57 per hour (Umbrella)

Role Highlights:

• Manage cases for children and families with a focus on safeguarding and welfare.
• Conduct thorough assessments and support families in line with statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Contribute to case planning, reviews, and decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker (QSW) with Social Work England registration.
• Experience in child protection, case management, or related children's services.
• Strong communication, assessment, and safeguarding skills.
