<h3 data-start="784" data-end="815">💼 <strong data-start="791" data-end="815">What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h3>
<ul data-start="816" data-end="1172">
<li data-start="816" data-end="919">
<p data-start="818" data-end="919">Managing a portfolio of SME clients including OMBs, larger limited companies, partnerships, and HNWIs</p>
</li>
<li data-start="920" data-end="976">
<p data-start="922" data-end="976">Preparing financial statements and management accounts</p>
</li>
<li data-start="977" data-end="1032">
<p data-start="979" data-end="1032">Planning and delivering audits (mostly local clients)</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1033" data-end="1076">
<p data-start="1035" data-end="1076">Advising clients on systems and processes</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1077" data-end="1112">
<p data-start="1079" data-end="1112">Supporting tax compliance matters</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1115" data-end="1172">Supervising junior staff and supporting their development</p>
