Salesforce Project Manager - Sacramento, CA - Only W2 - JK

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, while leading cross-functional teams and engaging business stakeholders.<br /> <br /> <strong>Required Qualifications</strong> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.</li> <li>As a Salesforce Project Manager you will lead &amp; own the end-to-end delivery of global, outcomes Salesforce implementations using Agile methodologies and modern, AI-enabled delivery practices.</li> <li>10+ years of total experience in the IT industry, with 5+ years delivering Salesforce projects</li> <li>Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the Salesforce delivery lifecycle, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Architects and Technical Leads (hands-on configuration is not required)</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and assertively with senior stakeholders and executives</li> <li>Experience managing teams of 7–10+ technical resources.</li> <li>Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting:</li> </ul> <strong>Experience with:</strong> <ul> <li>Service Cloud</li> <li>Community Cloud/Experience Cloud</li> <li>Marketing Cloud</li> </ul> <strong>Strong understanding of:</strong> <ul> <li>Agile/Scrum</li> <li>SDLC</li> <li>Risk &amp; Stakeholder Management</li> <li>Project Planning &amp; Delivery</li> <li>Experience coordinating Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft.</li> <li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li> </ul> <strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> <ul> <li>Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Architect).</li> <li>Project Management Institute PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.</li> <li>Experience with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.</li> <li>xperience managing large customer or citizen portal implementations.</li> </ul>
