Using ServiceChannel, you’ll manage work orders, knock out repairs, and keep our clubs safe and functional—with plenty of high-five moments from happy teammates.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and close out facility work orders in ServiceChannel, meeting KPI timelines.</li><li>Prioritize urgent repairs and proactively communicate changes or delays.</li><li>Perform routine club inspections to spot hazards and maintenance needs.</li><li>Handle hands-on fixes: carpentry, tile, painting, drywall, and general building repairs.</li><li>Complete assigned plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.</li><li>Keep managers and the Facilities team updated on repair status and timelines.</li><li>Travel between assigned clubs in your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).</li><li>Support after-hours/emergency on-call needs as scheduled.</li><li>Attend required meetings and follow all club, service, and emergency procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>What you bring</strong></p><ul><li>1–4 years of facilities experience (preferred).</li><li>Basic skills in carpentry/painting/drywall and general repair.</li><li>Foundational understanding of commercial electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems (apprentice or supervised experience welcome).</li><li>Familiarity with ServiceChannel or similar CAFM/FMS.</li><li>Strong work ethic: punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.</li><li>Friendly, professional, and patient communicator (verbal & non-verbal).</li><li>Clean, professional appearance and great customer service instincts.</li><li>Ability to choose and use the right tools safely and effectively.</li><li>Valid Driver’s License and willingness to work flexible hours.</li><li>Multi-site facilities maintenance experience (essential).</li><li>Relevant facilities certifications are a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Perks & benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Complimentary gym membership + guest privileges</li><li>Discounts on Personal Training, Mind&Body, Aquatics, Kids Programs</li><li>Discounts on Serenity Day Spa services and apparel</li><li>Employee referral gift</li><li>In-house continuing education + CEC reimbursement</li><li>Full-time extras: Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental & Group Life Insurance, 401(k), Paid Time Off</li></ul><p><strong>US FITNESS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER</strong></p><p><a href="https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2022-10/EEOC_KnowYourRights_screen_reader_10_20.pdf" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Know Your Rights</a></p><p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(50, 50, 50);">Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities</span></p><p> </p><br><br>
