The incoming physician will step into an established and supported practice with five APPs and an immediate patient base. Physicians enjoy access to advanced robotic technology, dedicated operating room resources, and the opportunity to help shape the future growth of a program.

Practice Highlights:

• General urology position with flexibility to develop subspecialty interests, especially in Urologic Oncology

• Join an established team currently consisting of three urologists

• Dedicated urology operating suite

• Da Vinci robot available, including single-port robot

• Five experienced APPs supporting both inpatient and outpatient care

• Opportunity to participate in hiring your own APP as the practice continues to grow

• Robust regional referral network with multiple satellite clinics

• Call schedule is 1:4

• Weekend call currently supplemented by dedicated locum coverage

• High procedural volume from day one

• J-1 waiver and H-1B visa sponsorship available

• Competitive compensation package with possibility to reach 90th Percentile of MGMA, CME allowance, sign-on, relocation, and production bonuses
