Are you a Modular Construction specialist with experience delivering volumetric projects from design through to manufacturing and installation, looking to join a growing international business at the forefront of offsite construction?

This is a rare opportunity to take a senior position within a rapidly expanding modular manufacturer, where you will play a key role in shaping modular strategy, improving manufacturing capability, and supporting large-scale project delivery across international markets.

The business is investing heavily into its modular platform and is looking for genuine expertise across prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction, manufacturing processes, procurement strategy, and modular delivery. With significant long-term growth plans in place, this is a role with real influence and visibility.

The Role:

• Lead modular design and manufacturing strategy across volumetric projects
• Oversee structural and thermal performance compliance to international standards
• Support procurement strategy, materials selection, and vendor development
• Manage shipping and delivery coordination for completed modular units internationally
• Drive project delivery from design through manufacturing to installation, coordinating internal and external stakeholders

The Person:

• Strong experience within modular / offsite / volumetric construction
• Background across manufacturing, design, and project delivery
• Experience managing prefabricated volumetric construction units
• Degree qualified in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
