EH Housing Officer

Our client, based in Hertfordshire, is seeking an experienced and motivated Officer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable professional with strong experience in housing standards and enforcement. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality regulatory service, dealing with a varied caseload across housing standards and private sector housing enforcement. Essential Requirements -HHSRS 2 Day Certification (mandatory) Proven experience handling: -Disrepair cases -HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation) -Housing grants -Enforcement action -Full UK driving licence -Access to your own vehicle Employment Details -Full-time position -Job share arrangements may be considered The Ideal Candidate You will be confident managing complex cases, experienced in enforcement procedures, and comfortable working independently.
