  • Lead and oversee the full Finance Delivery function (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Master Data, Payment Process, Intercompany, Travel Expenses Management), ensuring operational efficiency, compliance and alignment with business strategy.
  • Lead and develop the Delivery Managers and their teams; ensure business continuity, service levels, and a robust control environment across all chains.
  • Actively contributes to the design, implementation, and execution of the Shared Services Americas strategy, driving alignment, performance, and sustained value creation across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements; maintain audit readiness.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
  • Define and govern the chain KPI framework (e.g. overdue %, dispute cycle time, DSO, touchless invoice rate, on-time payment, close timeline, cost per transaction) and drive performance against target.
  • Ensure proper accounting of fixed assets, intercompany, reconciliations, and depreciation.
  • Own end-to-end performance of the Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay and Record-to-Report chains, including the process steps executed outside the direct reporting line.
  • Partner with the Divisions, regional Finance leadership and Group functions; represent SSC Americas as a value-adding business partner, not a cost center.
  • Lead finance transformation and process transition initiatives, distinguish transactional (automatable) from judgment-based work and lead the shift of released capacity toward higher-value activities and reskilling.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or related field; 10+ years of experience in shared services / GBS or finance operations, including senior leadership of delivery teams.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in finance, ideally within complex or shared services environments.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and results.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with key business areas and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end process transformation (O2C, S2P and/or R2R) with measurable results in cost, quality, and cycle time.
  • Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent process discipline; experience in an S/4HANA environment.
  • Leadership of 50+ FTE in a delivery organization; multicultural / regional leadership experience across the Americas.
  • Strong expertise in accounting, financial operations, and IFRS.
  • Solid knowledge of internal controls, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong data-driven performance management and executive communication skills; fluent English and Spanish
