February 6, 2026 Returning an item is quick and easy – we're here to help every step of the way!    Click here to visit our online returns portal   Return timeframe: 60 days from purchase (or from receiving your order)   Refund method: Original payment method  Return fee: £2 (deducted from your refund if using postal return)  Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached. Some items, like underwear and swimwear without a hygiene seal, cannot be returned unless faulty.    Your return options    1. Return your item in store (free of charge)  - In-store purchases: must be returned in store. Bring your receipt or e-receipt, and your original payment card if applicable.   - If you can’t get to a store, you will find all the information you need in our ‘Can I return a store purchase to your warehouse’ help article.  - Online purchases: can also be returned in store — just bring 'Your Mountain Warehouse order has shipped' email.  - We can refund all online payment types in store.  - You do not need to print a label for store returns.  - You can return to any of our stores, not just the one you purchased from.  Find your nearest store and opening times.    2. Return your item by post   A £2 charge applies for postal returns. This will be deducted from your refund.    Go to the online returns portal by clicking here.  Enter your order number from your confirmation email plus one of the following: delivery postcode or email address used when placing the order. (If your order number isn’t recognised, see Error on Return Portal.)  Choose your return method: a. InPost 24/7 Locker – drop off anytime, no printer needed  b. Evri – Parcelshop drop-off; home collection, or locker drop-off  c. ASDA ToYou – drop off at participating ASDA stores or via ASDA delivery driver  d. DPD -  Parcelshop drop off  e. Royal Mail - post office drop off The portal will indicate if you need a printer. Some methods provide a QR code (no printer needed), while others provide a label to print at home.  Package your item securely, removing or crossing out the original delivery label.
