Operations / Warehouse Associate
Location: Conyers, GA | Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Operations/Warehouse Associate to join our team specializing in high-end architectural lighting products.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, package, and inspect products for quality
- Perform receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory tasks
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Support team operations to meet daily goals
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse, production, or assembly experience required
- Experience with receiving, picking, and shipping preferred
- Ability to manage inventory processes and material handling
- Powered industrial truck experience preferred
- Basic computer skills; ability to learn new systems
- SAP experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
