Penspen www.penspen.com are looking for a Cost Engineer/ Cost Estimating Engineer to be based full time in their Woking, Surrey site. The primary location is Woking, Surrey, United Kingdom, you may be required to travel to Al Khafji, KSA.    Experience Project Cost Estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. Capable of evaluating and consulting on project cost estimation and forecasting issues and problems.   Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Quantity Surveying/Administration/Business or Equivalent closely related field.  Alternatively, Diploma or Equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in one or more areas of project cost estimation related expertise. Years of Experience: 8- 12 years depending on qualification.
