You will directly impact customer satisfaction, onboarding speed, and overall product adoption. By keeping implementations structured, managing stakeholders effectively, and translating complex requirements into clear solutions, you ensure that growth does not come at the expense of quality.
This is a high-impact role at the core of how Zelt delivers value to its customers.
Your Tasks:
Support customer implementations end-to-end, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, clear progress, and successful go-lives
Ensure alignment with customers throughout the implementation process, keeping them informed, managing expectations, and ensuring clarity on timelines
Support clear scope alignment throughout the implementation, ensuring focus on agreed priorities while addressing additional requests constructively
Translate customer requirements into practical, effective solutions, ensuring a smooth and intuitive implementation experience
Guide customers towards effective and scalable solutions within Zelt, helping them get the most out of the platform
Ensure value delivery at every stage, helping customers understand outcomes, progress, and the impact of the implementation
Continuously build and maintain strong product knowledge, becoming a reliable point of contact for how the platform works across modules.
Your Profile:
Degree from a top-tier university with a strong academic record (Distinction / equivalent)
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of ownership and accountability
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
Confidence working with customers and stakeholders early in your career
Curiosity and drive to deeply understand a complex product.
