Job Description:

We at Lixil are seeking a Mulesoft Support Engineer, who will be primarily focused on the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support of our existing Mulesoft integrations and platforms. You will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design, with a strong emphasis on post-deployment support and incident resolution. You will also play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
Required Qualifications
Professionally contributed to solution support, maintenance, and documentation over the last two to three years in:
MuleSoft, Data Weave, Anypoint Platform.
API / Microservices.
Experience in a support-focused role for integration platforms, specifically MuleSoft.
Experience with building/managing cloud services by automating/orchestrating moderately complex processes within a single cloud environment.
Distributed cloud platform configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management automation tools.
Experience in leading the coordination of API via MuleSoft Anypoint releases.
Active MuleSoft Developer Certification is a PLUS.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.
Proven ability to work effectively with global teams and manage tasks across multiple time zones.
Experience in working with MuleSoft Connectors and Accelerators is a must.
Experience in CICD is a MUST.
Experience with MuleSoft EDI is a plus
Experience with Salesforce connector is a plus
Experience with the S4HANA connector is a plus
