San Antonio Customer Service and Operations Center (CSOC) Our CSOC is home to a group of associates who support our customers everyday through improving their instore and digital experiences. Our Location We're big on celebration + engagement Our teams incorporate the spirit of San Antonio's major cultural festivals into some office fun that's seriously creative (and competitive). Join us for our next float building contest - it's like no other celebration you've seen.  They say home is where the heart is.  Through our Kohl's Volunteer Program, we donate our personal time to make a difference in local communities by volunteering with eligible nonprofit organizations. And while we are strongly committed to the thousands of communities we are a part of across the United States, our San Antonio CSOC shows up in a big way!  We want our associates to be both fulfilled in their work and supported in their lives.
