<p>We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join a professional kitchen in the Wimbledon area, delivering high-level fine dining events and banqueting.</p>

<p>The Role:</p>

<p>– Prepare and present high-quality desserts and pastry items for fine dining events and banqueting<br />– Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and wider kitchen brigade<br />– Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and consistency<br />– Contribute creatively to menu development where appropriate<br />– Ensure smooth service during high-volume, high-standard events</p>

<p>What We’re Looking For:</p>

<p>– Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in fine dining, events, or banqueting<br />– Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail<br />– Ability to work efficiently under pressure<br />– Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude<br />– A genuine passion for pastry and presentation</p>
