Pay: £85.44 - £101.58 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Part-Time
Working Pattern: 2 Days Per Week - Thursday & Friday (Full Days)
Duration: Until the end of July 2026

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Grantham on a part-time, long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a TA looking for a consistent and rewarding role within a supportive school environment.

The successful candidate will be working full days every Thursday and Friday, supporting pupils within the classroom and working closely with the class teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils within the classroom on a part-time basis (2 days per week)
• Working alongside the class teacher to support learning and engagement
• Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
• Assisting with classroom activities and daily routines
• Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

What We're Looking For:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Previous experience working within a primary school setting
• A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
