The business operates at the intersection of consulting and technology, combining deep domain expertise with modern cloud engineering to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth across its client base.THE ROLE:You will take ownership of Azure cloud architecture and engineering across the business, acting as the technical authority within a small but highly impactful cloud function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure
- Acting as a subject matter expert, providing architectural guidance and solution design
- Supporting internal consultants with cloud solutioning and infrastructure recommendations
- Building and managing cloud resources (VMs, SQL Servers, Web Apps, Docker environments)
- Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Driving a code-first approach with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation
- Leading on cloud integrations, including Azure Integration Services
- Supporting governance, security, compliance, backup, and recovery processes
- Contributing to AI-driven and innovation-focused internal projects
- Mentoring junior engineers and setting technical standards across the team
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:You will bring strong capability in:
- Hands-on Microsoft Azure engineering and architecture
- Designing scalable, secure cloud solutions end-to-end
- Infrastructure-as-Code (ideally Bicep or Terraform)
- Building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
- Cloud automation using PowerShell and Azure CLI
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Security, governance, and compliance within cloud environments
