As a Senior UX/UI Designer – Fintech & Mobile Solutions, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial technology industry. You will contribute to designing intuitive, user-centered digital products that impact millions across the EMEA region. Your main responsibilities: Strengthen and enhance user experience through visually compelling designs tailored to user needs and cognitive abilities Maintain and improve the visual coherence of digital products by implementing updates to the Design System Elevate the Design System library to modern standards by integrating Figma with development environments Design final UI views and assets for web and mobile solutions Research, develop, and execute innovative design solutions for acquiring portals, e-commerce platforms, and mobile applications Create and present interaction design concepts, including wireframes, prototypes, and final interfaces Engage directly with users through research activities, testing prototypes, and uncovering key unmet needs to propose effective design solutions Analyze usability testing data to recommend and implement winning design strategies Monitor latest UX/UI trends and technological advancements to ensure the design remains innovative and user-centric You're ideal for this role if you have: Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX expertise Fluent command of English, both spoken and written Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas and solutions to stakeholders A BA/BS degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience working with user interface design processes and conducting user research Highly proficient in Figma, including variables, MCP server, Figma Make, and exporting code from Figma Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, frameworks, GitLab, CI/CD) and familiarity with modern development tools and lifecycle Extensive experience with expanding and maintaining Design Systems Experience working within large corporate environments is a plus Knowledge of Figma plugin development is advantageous
