About the Role

We are looking for a talented People Support Advisor to join our team specializing in HR for People Support department in Rumst, Belgium

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Serve as the trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality HR guidance through resolution.

  • Strengthen the employee experience by providing clear coaching across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation.

  • Promote fair and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and local legislation across all functions and teams.

  • Support positive employee relations by assisting with conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and sensitive employment matters.

  • Enable efficient HR service delivery by supporting seamless, end-to-end solutions aligned with regional and sub-regional needs.

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal HR partners, managers, and employees to drive effective outcomes.

  • Amplify the voice of employees and managers by sharing insights and feedback with the right stakeholders.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 4–6 years of experience in a generalist HR role preferred.

  • Knowledge of Belgian labour legislation and payroll processes is a must

  • Knowledge of French and or Dutch labor legislation and payroll processes is an asset

  • Experience supporting employees and managers across a broad range of HR processes is also a must.

  • Experience to work in a corporate environment is recommended

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to manage complex, high-volume inquiries with professionalism and care.

  • Solid understanding of HR practices, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration.

  • Ability to navigate sensitive situations, manage conflict constructively, and make sound, timely decisions.

  • Clear and adaptable communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
