Pay Rate:£13.59 per hour (rising to £14.76 once fully trained)
Contract Type:Temporary 
Hours:Monday to Friday (Rotational Shifts)

• Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm

• Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy and fast-paced production environment in Banbury. This is a temporary role, offering full-time hours and the opportunity to develop your skills within a busy manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery in line with training and safety procedures.

• Assisting with general production and manufacturing tasks.

• Loading and unloading materials.

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Supporting other departments as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience within a production, or manufacturing environment preferred. 

• Machine operating experience is advantageous.

• FLT (Forklift Truck) experience or licence is beneficial.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotational shifts.

• Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
