Yes, we welcome applications from all university graduates. However, all of our graduate sales roles are entry-level positions. Am I eligible to apply if I require a work visa? Occasionally our clients do sponsor those ineligible to work in the UK, but the majority of our clients do not. We also work across continental Europe, though - so there may be opportunity for you elsewhere. Do I have to have a degree? Some of our clients require that candidates are degree educated. However, we have plenty of clients that do not have this as a listed requirement. We also run a large range of apprenticeships that require no degree. For Emerging Talent at Pareto, entry-level means entry-level!  What is a psychometric profile? Every Early Career candidate that applies through Pareto receives access to Sapia, a psychometric profiling tool, direct to their inbox. A fair and impartial measurement of aptitude and personality, it will produce insights for you, as well as helping us to understand how we can help you. What kind of person are we looking for? For Early Career roles at Pareto and for our clients, we are not CV-led. We take time to understand your motivations and competencies. Experience matters little - confidence, communication, drive, resilience and strategic thinking are of far more importance. What can I expect from an Assessment Day? Well done for being invited to an Assessment Day! Your consultant will educate you on what to expect from our Assessment Day, whether it's in person or virtual, for one dedicated client or for a number. Alongside your peers, you'll undertake a number of exercises. Usually lasting around 4 hours, you'll learn of your result at the end of the event! What happens after my Assessment Day? Successful on our Assessment Day? Great! Sometimes, you'll receive an offer from a client immediately following the day - leaving the building or closing your laptop with a brand new job! Don't worry if not though - if you're successful, we'll start connecting you with clients to interview, acting as your advocate with our many partnered businesses!
