Position : Auto Title Clerk

Location Addison, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $20–$22/hr

• Full-time: 8AM–5PM or 9AM–4PM (fixed schedule) 30-minute lunch

• Fridays: Office closes at 3PM

ROLE IMPACT

This role supports the vehicle title documentation function for a growing company. Ideal candidates will bring prior title experience, high attention to detail, and the ability to solve issues independently while upholding a collaborative, peaceful workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately process and track vehicle titles across multiple states using internal software

• Troubleshoot documentation issues and resolve discrepancies with minimal supervision

• Collaborate closely with office staff and management during cross-functional operations

• Complete training through 2–3 days of side-by-side onboarding

• Support a steady workflow with reliable daily attendance and task execution

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience as a title clerk or in vehicle title processing

• Proven ability to solve problems and resolve title-related discrepancies

• Strong adaptability and history of thriving in new or evolving environments

• Clear history of professionalism and team alignment

• In-house title tracking system

• FedEx/UPS documentation channels

• Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Past experience supporting businesses through growth or recovery phases

• Comfortable in a low-drama, cooperative office culture
