This position would suit a newly qualified accountant or someone with up to two years' post-qualified experience who is eager to move beyond the numbers, work closely with operational stakeholders, and become a key contributor to the continued success of the business.

The role offers significant exposure across the organisation, the opportunity to support strategic decision-making, and a clear pathway for future career progression. What will your day-to-day look like?

• Managing budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial performance reports
• Partnering with operational and commercial teams to support business decision-making
• Providing meaningful financial analysis and insights to key stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance profitability
• Supporting ongoing business change and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assisting with financial planning and wider commercial projects
• Playing an active role in the continued development of the finance function

Are you who they're looking for?

• Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Newly qualified or up to 2 years' post-qualified experience
• Experience within a management accounting role, either in industry or practice
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial information effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved across the wider business
• Ambitious, driven, and keen to develop your career
