ADHD Assessor CYP – Contract (2 Weeks) – Remote / Hybrid Options Available Are you an experienced CYP ADHD Assessor looking for a rewarding temporary role? Job Title: ADHD Assessor CYP Position Type: Contract – 2 weeks Location: Remote / Hybrid opportunities available Salary/Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible Candidate Responsibilities for the ADHD Assessor CYP role include: Conduct comprehensive ADHD assessments for children and young people, aligning with NICE guidelines and DSM-5 criteria Gather and analyse developmental histories, standardised assessment tools, and collateral information to support diagnosis Produce detailed and high-quality diagnostic reports with clear clinical recommendations Participate in multidisciplinary discussions to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Communicate assessment results sensitively to young people, families, and professionals Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with safeguarding, governance, and professional standards Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care Candidate Requirements: Current registration with NMC, HCPC, or Social Work England Qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RSCN), Occupational Therapist, Speech & Language Therapist, or Social Worker Proven experience conducting ADHD assessments for children and young people Strong understanding of DSM-5, NICE guidance, and neurodevelopmental conditions Excellent report writing, clinical reasoning, and communication skills Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a multidisciplinary team Benefits of the ADHD Assessor CYP role include: Flexible remote and hybrid working options Competitive salary/rate based on experience Dedicated administrative support to reduce non-clinical tasks Ongoing CPD, clinical supervision, and professional development opportunities Supportive team with robust clinical governance structure Make a meaningful difference to children, young people, and their families £250 training allowance, referral and loyalty schemes, free compliance checks, daily payroll runs, and sign-up bonuses
