As Lead Tech Strategist (f/m/d) Core Platforms in Energy Retailyou will act as a trusted advisor (f/m/d), ensuring the alignment of IT capabilities with business goals, while fostering and leading organizational change to enable the successful implementation of the technology strategy.
You are a strategic thinker (f/m/d) with a deep understanding of both technology, market players, business strategy and organization delivery. You enjoy bridging the gap between the company’s strategic objectives, the technological requirements and the organizational set up? The you are exactly who we are looking for.
Your role – meaningful & rewarding
Understanding the company business strategy and translating it into technological capabilities
Feeding the strategy department with technological capabilities to unlock value potential
Having a deep understanding of the domain CRM/Billing Platforms
Providing advice on utilization of the technology for specific regional demands
Determining what part of the value chain needs to be localized vs. what makes sense from an economy of scale and acceleration potential
Initiating and leading IT / Tech organizational transformation to establish a structure and organization that works for multi-national business
Your profile – authentic & open-minded
Degree in business informatics or management with multiple years of relevant working experience
Former roles as Head of IT or Head of Core Systems (f/m/d)
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Kraken etc.
Strategic thinking on different levels and a problem-solving and innovation mindset
Autonomy & accountability and high-level technology expertise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and managing top-level interfaces
Willingness to travel weekly and internationally
