Farm General Operative – Animal Care & Site Maintenance

 Near Thoresby
 £12.71 per hour, rising to £12.82 after 12 weeks
⏰ 45 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 7:00am starts | Alternating weekends
 Overtime paid after 45 hours (post 12 weeks)

We’re looking for Farm General Operatives to join a friendly team near Thoresby!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with animals, getting stuck in, and being part of a supportive, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Feeding, caring for, and checking the wellbeing of farm animals

• Cleaning and maintaining animal shelters and farm buildings

• Assisting maintenance teams with general farm and site upkeep

• Operating tractors and basic hand tools

• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Full driving licence (tractor driving required)

• A strong work ethic and reliability

• Good level of physical fitness

• Willingness to work outdoors and on alternating weekends

• Previous farm, labouring, or animal care experience is helpful but not essential
