<p><strong>Open to Freelancers AND Perm! </strong></p><p><strong>About Us 🔥</strong></p><p>Want to work with one of the largest youth publishers in the world; one of media's most progressive brands; be a driving force for good amongst Gen Z; and be part of an exciting growth journey?</p><p>We’re on the hunt for a sport-obsessed, highly-driven and passionate Account Director to join our branded content team, overseeing some of our most exciting sports and gaming partnerships yet.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity to lead social-first, fast moving client campaigns by providing an exceptional level of service that results in industry-leading creative work.</p><p>You’ll be working at the heart of our Client Projects team, plugging into multiple LAD departments while skillfully owning senior clients relationships day to day to make campaigns fly.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing ⚽️</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead some of our biggest sport and gaming brand partnerships day to day, delivering fast-paced campaign work on a weekly basis</p></li><li><p>Oversee a continual production and delivery schedule, working closely with our production team to skillfully execute on time and on budget</p></li><li><p>Build strong client relationships through consistent communication, managing client expectations and feedback with a positive, solutions-focused attitude</p></li><li><p>Chair briefing meetings to inform delivery strategy with consideration of client, company and project needs</p></li><li><p>Accurately manage project finances, budgets, contracts and creating SOWs</p></li><li><p>Drive accurate and informative reporting on campaign effectiveness, illustrating our ability to hit client KPI’s</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with wider LAD teams in order to optimise day to day campaign process and workflow</p></li><li><p>Lead on reporting on a weekly basis alongside quarter business reviews. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills and experience we’d like you to have 👀</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong background in delivering complex and challenging projects, specifically across social video and static content</p></li><li><p>A good knowledge and passion for sport, and ideally gaming</p></li><li><p>A thorough understanding of core account/project management skills including the ability to brief teams, understand and create timelines, development of clear and concise presentations, and management of costs.</p></li><li><p>A natural leader with the ability to steer and nurture members of the team</p></li><li><p>Comfortable in building strong and constructive relationships with clients based on honesty and trust</p></li><li><p>Comfortable in fast-paced, creative environments with the ability to bring teams together to deliver the right solution</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal skills, confident at presenting clear and informative narratives both internally and externally</p></li><li><p>Have a solutions focused mindset</p></li></ul><p><strong>At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work from home two days a week (Monday and Friday) and we’re in the office for the other three days.</strong></p><p><strong>LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer.
