<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>
<p>The <strong>Motor Control Product Manager</strong> is responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of a motor control portfolio, including <strong>variable frequency drives (VFDs)</strong>, within the <strong>Motor Control & Power Quality</strong> domain for the North American market. This role serves as the product owner and regional market champion, aligning customer needs, technical capabilities, and commercial objectives to drive growth and adoption.</p>
<p>The Motor Control Product Manager works cross-functionally with engineering, sales, applications, marketing, and channel partners, and engages directly with customers and industry organizations to shape go-to-market strategies and long-term product success.</p>
<p><strong></strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>Product Strategy & Lifecycle</p>

<p>Define product vision, regional strategy, and multi-year growth plans</p>

<p>Own the product roadmap, including NPI, product migration, and end-of-life planning</p>
</li>

<p>Identify portfolio gaps, partnership opportunities, and ecosystem requirements</p>

<li>
<p>Establish pricing strategy, inventory alignment, and return processes</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Market & Business Development</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and voice of customer</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Define target verticals, applications, and customer profiles</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop and execute go-to-market plans, sales tools, and playbooks</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support lead generation and new business opportunity development</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Represent the product line at industry events, trade shows, and standards organizations</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Cross-Functional Leadership</p>
<ul>

<p>Act as the primary interface between regional teams and global engineering/manufacturing</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide technical and commercial guidance to applications and FAE teams</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support training programs, product documentation, and marketing content</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related technical role</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong technical and commercial understanding of motor control systems and VFDs</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Hands-on experience with AC motor drive systems (design, programming, commissioning, or testing)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Knowledge of industrial applications such as HVAC, oil & gas, water/wastewater, food & beverage, material handling, and packaging</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with industry standards, motor types, drive controls, and industrial communication protocols</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience working with industrial-grade motor control or VFD platforms</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Willingness to travel 20–40% domestically and internationally</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Mandarin language capability a plus</p>
