Location: Inside the M25 / London
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE + company van, fuel card, phone, tablet, life assurance, pension and 25 days holiday excluding statutory days.

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cooling Tower Engineer to join a specialist organisation operating across the water treatment, cooling water and water hygiene sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with hands-on experience working with cooling towers and evaporative cooling systems who is looking for a long-term career with a well-established and growing business.

The Role

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and inspections of cooling towers and associated systems
• Undertaking cleaning, disinfection and remedial works
• Supporting cooling tower water treatment programmes
• Carrying out sampling and basic water quality checks
• Identifying issues and recommending appropriate remedial actions
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with relevant legislation, industry guidance and company procedures
• Completing accurate service reports and technical documentation
• Liaising professionally with customers and providing technical advice where required
• Supporting planned and reactive maintenance activities

You should ideally have:

• Previous hands-on experience working with cooling towers or evaporative cooling systems
• Knowledge of cooling water systems and associated risks
• A strong understanding of health & safety requirements
• A full UK driving licence
