NO cold calls Calls are 80% inbound of re-enrollments or people aging into the program Calls are 30% outbound based on people expressing interest Remote training 2-4 weeks; Monday thru Friday 8am – 4:30pm CST/EST Shifts range between 6am-2am (8 hour shift within this range) Pay rate starting at $21/hr with average sales BILINGUAL pay rate $24/hr with average sales (Note: Must be fully bilingual & comfortable with the translation of health care coverage, NOT conversational) What makes YOU an ideal candidate? ..
