<p><b>Food and Beverage Manager</b></p>

<p>Reports to: Operations Director</p>
<p>Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)</p>
<p>Contract: Full-Time (evening and weekend working required)</p>

<p>Our client is a thriving and vibrant community organisation with a new 3G pitch, excellent facilities with future improvements planned, loyal fanbase, and a reputation for delivering first-class matchday experiences and events. Their stadium is a gathering place for thousands each season and a home for community activity all year round.</p>
<p>They are now seeking a talented, motivated Food and Beverage Manager to lead this area, ensuring they run smoothly, profitably, and with the highest standards of customer service.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Hospitality and Matchday Experience – Deliver exceptional food, drink, and service for supporters, sponsors, players and guests at all matches and club events.</li>
<li>Team Leadership and Development – Recruit, train, and inspire a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a positive, high-performing culture.</li>
<li>Stock and Ordering – Suppliers, stock control, systems, and logistics to maximise efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.</li>
<li>Customer Experience – Implement service standards and training that elevate the fan and guest experience, encouraging repeat visits and positive word of mouth.</li>
<li>Collaboration and Growth – Work closely with the Operations Director to support the club’s wider goals.</li>
<li>Personal Licence Holder – Be registered as the PLH for the premises and be the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS).</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Skills and Experience:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in hospitality, stadium, events, or venue management (sports or leisure industry is desirable).</li>
<li>Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating teams.</li>
<li>Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with a wide range of stakeholders (supporters, sponsors, suppliers, staff, and volunteers).</li>
<li>A genuine enthusiasm for football, community, and hospitality.</li>
