We work hard every day to make our offering and services that little bit better to deliver real added value for our customers. That's why I have a very positive outlook on my future.” Describe a normal working day. Each day is packed with all kinds of new and exciting challenges. From meetings with customers, colleagues and manufacturers to selecting the best solution from our portfolio of products, I’m constantly learning, but nothing is more satisfying than helping a customer optimise their business processes. I really appreciate being able to choose where I work from so no matter if I’m in the office, at home or on the road, efficiency is a given. All this combined makes my working days a healthy mix of opportunities and challenges and the freedom to work from anywhere creates a healthy balance between working independently and as a team. It’s quite inspiring. In what ways has ARP surprised you? The first thing that surprised me was the speed at which ARP is growing. I started out over five years ago, witnessing our transformation from a reseller to a solution partner and the speed at which we achieved this transformation has been remarkable. This success was possible because every single person put in the effort.  My first impression of ARP was one of connectedness, an engaging culture, and attention to employees and we’ve managed to maintain these qualities despite our growth. Personally, I find this to be the most positive surprise.  How do you see your future at ARP? Very positively. I’m drawn to ARP’s strategy and we’ve only just started our transformation journey, so there are still so many possibilities. We work hard every day to make our offering and services that little bit better to deliver real added value for our customers. That’s why I have a very positive outlook on my future.     Tips for new colleagues The most important thing to let people know is that ARP is a hugely ambitious company that has set its sights very high. Hard work is expected, but also rewarded and the culture is very relaxed and you’re given the freedom to achieve your best. This company has a very secure future as our products and services will become increasingly indispensable.     Core values according to Joeri Ambition For me, this is about setting ambitious goals that embrace innovation and having the drive to achieve them. Trust This is the foundation for success. You have to work with colleagues, manufacturers and customers you trust and showing a genuine interest in each other is essential for building that trust and achieving the best results. Responsibility It’s down to you to make your time at ARP a success. Expectations are set, but they are not rigid, allowing you to use your own initiative and creativity.
