- Working knowledge of integration technologies, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs, and middleware solutions for seamless system connectivity.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements by collaborating with HR teams and key business stakeholders.
- Good understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition workflows, and end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve functional and system-related issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver solutions in a dynamic business environment.
