*About the Role*

As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll provide high-quality chairside support to our dentists and hygienists, ensuring smooth, efficient, and comfortable care for every patient. You’ll help maintain the highest standards of infection control, patient safety, and clinical organisation. In addition to your clinical role you would also support the reception team with administration tasks such as emails, referrals and appointment scheduling and taking phone calls.

23 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday and Friday 08.45am - 05.30pm (Friday 04.30pm close)

Windchill Administrator Remote | 12-Month Contract | Up to £38 per Hour | 40 Hours Per Week
Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Windchill Administrator to join their engineering team on a 12-month remote contract.
This role is specifically for someone with proven previous experience using and administering the Windchill PLM software system . Candidates must have worked hands-on with Windchill previously , as the position will involve day-to-day administration, user support, system improvements, and coordination between engineering, IT, and external providers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimising the client’s Windchill environment, ensuring the system supports engineering processes efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and optimise the Windchill PLM system .
  • Provide day-to-day support to users working within Windchill.
  • Review the current Windchill setup and recommend system and process improvements.
  • Support engineering and project teams with training and guidance on Windchill best practices.
  • Liaise with internal IT teams and external Windchill providers regarding troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements.
  • Manage engineering documentation, technical data, and configuration records within Windchill.
  • Ensure data integrity, version control, security, and compliance within the PLM environment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering workflows and PLM processes.
  • Assist with testing, validation, and implementation of Windchill upgrades and new features.
  • Produce reports, maintain documentation, and provide ongoing user support.
  • Previous hands-on experience using and administering Windchill PLM software is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Windchill administration and user support.
  • Experience supporting engineering or technical teams within a PLM environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Project.
