<p><em><strong>About the Role</strong></em></p>
<p>Working within our Assets team, you will oversee projects across<strong> </strong>properties, as well as associated parks and road infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in monitoring site activity, ensuring compliance with specifications, and safeguarding quality across all works.</p>

<p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Inspect and monitor works on site, with a strong focus on damp and mould remediation and domestic refurbishment projects</li>
<li>Ensure all works are delivered in line with technical specifications, standards, and health & safety requirements</li>
<li>Identify defects, poor workmanship, and non-compliance, ensuring issues are rectified promptly</li>
<li>Oversee contractors and ensure high standards of performance and delivery</li>
<li>Conduct regular site inspections across residential properties, communal areas, parks, and road infrastructure schemes</li>
<li>Provide detailed reports on progress, quality, and any risks or issues identified</li>
<li>Support the successful delivery of asset management programmes and planned works</li>
<li>Ensure value for money and adherence to project timelines and budgets</li>
<li>Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain strong project coordination</li>
</ul>

<p><em><strong>About You</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Clerk of Works, Site Inspector, or similar role within housing, construction, or asset management</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of damp and mould diagnosis and remediation</li>
<li>Experience overseeing domestic refurbishment or planned maintenance programmes</li>
<li>Good understanding of construction standards, building regulations, and health & safety requirements</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects and quality issues</li>
<li>Strong communication and reporting skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively</li>
<li>Relevant technical qualification (e.g. construction, surveying) desirable</li>
