As part of our HSE team, your responsibilities may include: Shaping Hydro’s HSE strategy and policies to ensure a strong and consistent framework across all operations Advising and supporting the organization on new HSE technologies, training, risk assessments and compliance with HSE standards Conducting audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to internal and external health, safety, security and environmental requirements Safeguarding incident reporting, supporting incident investigations and helping the organization learn from deviations to prevent future occurrences Engaging with communities, environmental groups, and other stakeholders to foster trust and transparency in our environmental performance
