Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead - Night Shift

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Hampshire

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7pm to 7am

We're looking for a Maintenance Team Lead to join a manufacturing company based in Hampshire on a permanent, full-time basis.

As part of this role, you will lead a team of maintenance engineers to carry out reactive and planned maintenance across production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime. The role will ideally suit an electrically biased or multi-skilled engineer who is looking to step up to a leadership role.

Key requirements:

• Multi-Skilled or Electrical bias with strong fault-finding experience
• Experience in manufacturing environments
• Strong PPM and breakdown experience
• Comfortable stepping into a leadership role, or previous leadership experience.
