About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION Summary: The Financial Analyst /HR Training Coordinator supports both Finance and HR functions, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, SOX compliance, new hire orientation, training program oversight, recruiting support, and maintenance of confidential employee records. HR Training will be provided. A sign-on bonus is available to assist with relocation if needed. Key Responsibilities Finance & Reporting Prepare and update production and financial reports. Review purchase requisitions and analyze data for discrepancies or variances. Perform account reconciliation and month-end duties. Maintain internal controls and documentation for SOX compliance. Support internal and external audits. HR, Recruiting & Training Support hourly recruiting activities, including interviews, documentation, and selection processes. Conduct new hire orientation and DOJO training; track participation and progress. Assist with salaried orientation and probationary qualification processes. Evaluate and improve training programs; help develop training materials and resources. Maintain personnel files, job bid records, applications, and related documentation. Manage salaried vacation logs and assist with company events. Education & Experience High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
