Our client, a highly respected London law firm, offers an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate to lead on complex matters, work with a prestigious high-net-worth client base, and accelerate your career progression within a collaborative and supportive environment.

 

The Opportunity: Shape the Future of Private Client Law

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on a comprehensive range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, tax, and probate for UK and international clients

  • Independently manage a portfolio of high-value and complex files, with support from junior colleagues

  • Deliver tailored, strategic advice and foster strong, enduring client relationships

  • Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives

  • Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and trainees

 

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Private Client work within a UK law firm

  • Demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients

  • Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, estate administration, tax planning, and Court of Protection matters

  • STEP qualification (completed or in progress) highly desirable

  • Proven track record in business development and team leadership

  • Excellent communication and client management skills
