We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances / RTV / IT equipment. Join us and provide remote support to users of well-known products.
- Handling customer inquiries regarding technical issues and product functionality.
- Diagnosing reported problems and proposing solutions.
- Providing product-related information.
- Registering requests in internal systems.
- Very good command of German.
- Good command of English.
- Basic knowledge of household appliances (e.g. washing machine, refrigerator, TV)
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with computer tools efficiently.
- Availability of at least 120 hours per month (flexible distribution).

💼 What we offer:
- Civil contract – PLN 50.00 gross/hour.
- Bonus system depending on quality indicators agreed for the service (+2 PLN / +4 PLN gross/hour)
- Flexible cooperation model – you decide on your availability within project operating hours (Monday-Friday 9:00 - 18:00, and Saturday 10:00 - 16:00). Availability is declared independently by the contractor and agreed on an ongoing basis in line with service needs.
