About the Role

DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

We're working with a growing, forward-thinking insurance business looking to appoint a Development Executive to drive new business and support a high-performing broking team.

The Role
You'll be at the front end of the sales process - identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients, turning cold outreach into warm, revenue-generating opportunities.

This is a pure development role with real influence on growth.

Key Focus
- Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects
- Develop relationships with SMEs and commercial clients
- Support brokers by delivering high-quality, qualified leads
- Identify strategic growth opportunities and introducer channels

What You'll Bring
- Experience in outbound sales / lead generation (insurance preferred)
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- Resilience, drive, and a KPI-focused mindset
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
- Cert CII (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
