An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Residential Property Manager to join a busy and successful independent estate agency in Loughton.
This role would suit someone with previous property management experience who enjoys building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while delivering a high level of customer service.
You will be responsible for managing a residential property portfolio, dealing with maintenance issues, coordinating contractors, ensuring compliance and providing support throughout the tenancy process.
Key Responsibilities: - Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Handling maintenance issues and arranging repairs
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Organising safety certificates and ensuring compliance
- Carrying out property inspections
- Managing tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy processes
- Dealing with day-to-day enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Keeping property records and systems updated
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: - Previous experience within Property Management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence preferred
