Job Description
- Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently and complies with all regulations.
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver excellent service.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on healthcare needs.
- Oversee stock management and ensure availability of necessary medications.
- Handle prescription processing and ensure accuracy at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the wider store operations.
- Monitor and improve pharmacy performance against key targets.
- Maintain a safe and professional environment for both staff and customers.
- Working 40 hours per week.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
- Full registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Previous experience managing a pharmacy team.
- Proficiency in providing advice on healthcare and medications.
- Attention to detail, particularly in prescription processing and compliance.
- Confidence in managing stock levels and ensuring availability of medications.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to achieve business objectives.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer and patient care.
