About the Role
I’m working on a regional Land Acquisition opportunity in Houston. What stood out to me is that this isn't one of those large corporate environments where you're sitting through layers of approvals. This is a smaller, highly stable, and well-respected developer where you'd work directly with the Regional President and have a real seat at the table. The person stepping into this role would essentially have the opportunity to own and help shape the land acquisition side for Texas as a whole, leading efforts across Houston and other key TX markets. You'd have visibility, autonomy, and the ability to truly make an impact on the direction of the business. From larger master-planned deals and smaller infill opportunities, you'd have the chance to help build something long-term without feeling like a cog in a machine. Beyond the role itself, it seems like a genuinely down-to-earth group that values quality of life and trusts people to do what they do best.
