Ensures financial records are accurate and compliant with internal and external requirements. Monitors costs against budgets, highlights variances, supports cost-control initiatives and provides management data. Supports audits, reporting and financial systems. </p><p><br />Logistics, Procurement and Supplier Coordination:</p><p>Coordinates logistics and procurement activities, ensuring timely purchasing aligned with operational needs and budgets. Manages purchase requests, liaises with suppliers, tracks deliveries and ensures required documentation and approvals. Supports supplier selection, maintains vendor records and contributes to procurement optimisation focused on cost efficiency and reliability. Acts as an interface between operations, finance and external partners. </p><p><br />Operational Coordination and Internal Support:</p><p>Provides cross-functional coordination, supporting communication across departments and stakeholders. Organises schedules, manages documentation, tracks action and ensures follow-up.
